It has devoted significant time and energy developing and implementing leading support tools and processes that will provide an amazing customer experience. For example, in addition to the normal methods of obtaining support, such as phone calls and email, RAZ Mobility offers web chat, video calls, screen sharing, co-browsing and remote device access. In this last method of support, customer support agents can actually see customers’ displays and even take control of devices to resolve a problem, if necessary. These tools are particularly effective at helping people with disabilities.
