purchased phone for cuz in another state, because of covid has taken time to get the phone ready for her. Besides this, the phone is really simple to use and operate. Email is a google email. texting will also come in handy. I have set up her contacts, ring tones, etc.. now preparing to send to TX from IL. I will feel better when she gets it because their are more storms in TX with phone service going out. There was one instance this year when her home phone was out for 3 days.
