RAZ Emergency Service

Imagined emergencies and repetitive 911 calling is all too common for people with dementia. The RAZ Emergency Service is the solution!

Instead of dialing 911, emergency calls are routed to a private dispatch service, and text messages are sent to caregivers, allowing them to interact directly with a highly-trained agent to assess the nature of the emergency. The agent will contact 911 or cancel, as appropriate. Subscription required.

Senior calls Emergency Step 1: The senior places an emergency call.
The phone asks to confirm Step 2: The senior is asked to confirm or cancel the emergency call.
If confirmed, an Emergency Dispatch Agent answers the call Step 3: An emergency dispatch agent answers the call.
Emergency Contacts can receive text message notifications Step 4: Emergency contacts will be notified by text message and can interact with the dispatch agent, including to cancel the alarm.
The user explains the emergency Step 5: In the meantime, the senior explains the emergency. The agent has access to information, such as the senior’s medical conditions.
Dispatch Agent identifies the emergency is real Step 6: The agent will contact 911 if necessary and provide the senior’s medical condition(s), location, and more.

RAZ Alert

Receive a text message alert when your senior calls 911. No subscription required.

Auto Answer

The Phone can answer automatically and go to the speakerphone. Ask if they need help.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Testimonial rating

This phone is so much easier for my husband with dementia. I like that I can control his outgoing calls because he would call people in the middle of the night. He doesn’t sleep very well. But the ease of use for him is the best thing.

Joclair G.
Testimonial rating

This is a great phone as your parents get older and more confused with dementia and you as a caregiver are spending more and more time trying to help them. It is basic – and that’s the point. Less to get confused by.

Mike
Testimonial rating

Having a Mother with Dementia, the RAZ Mobility phone has been incredible. The combination of managing the phone from my device, the comfort it brings to my Mom and her ability to communicate with others, and the ease of adding it to our family’s AT&T plan has been nothing less than outstanding.

T. Zehner
Testimonial rating

This is a game changer for my husband who is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s! No more spam calls, no more struggling to read his contacts names. We find the wallet case is ideal, the phone is always on and ready to use. He used to constantly work with the buttons, constantly turning the phone off.

Engelie B.
Testimonial rating

This phone has been vital for my dad, who is in a nursing home and cannot dial a regular phone, and he remembers our faces more than our names. It is truly his lifeline. Being able to control it from four states away has been wonderful for me. And whenever there is a problem, customer service has been phenomenal.

Al K.
Testimonial rating

Great product. Easy to set up and manage. Easy for my aging parents to use. What a great idea for all seniors and those with mental discrepancies, reading issues, and Alzheimer’s.

Janay P.
Testimonial rating

The phone is a godsend – I am in California and my mother is in Canada – I tried 5 other phones to no avail. This is a phone that she can use and it has video so that I can see how she is doing. It alerts me when she has turned off the phone or the battery is low. Customer service is excellent! Buy one and support this amazing company and get peace of mind! At $349 it is a bargain.
