Mobile Assistive Technology allows individuals who are disabled to make phone calls, apply for jobs online, access telemedicine, social networks, etc. It provides access to a large ecosystem of applications that allow individuals with disabilities to overcome their personal challenges.

RAZ Mobility was founded in 2015 to offer State Equipment Distribution programs, other government agencies and consumers, the very latest mobile assistive technology. RAZ Mobility makes its solutions available on devices that operate on both mobile platforms: Android and iOS. There are advantages to each of the platforms with respect to assistive technology. Android is a more open platform that supports a greater variety of third party solutions. For example, while head-tracking and eye-tracking solutions are possible with Android, they are not possible with iOS devices. Apple’s iOS devices offered pioneering built-in accessibility features that are now available on Android devices as well. RAZ Mobility has formed relationships with manufacturers and distributors to provide it access to leading iOS and Android equipment that it believes is particularly well suited to State Equipment Distribution Programs.

RAZ Mobility is also committed to being a technology leader in customer support. It has devoted significant time and energy developing and implementing leading support tools and processes that will provide an amazing customer experience. For example, in addition to the normal methods of obtaining support, such as phone calls and email, RAZ Mobility offers web chat, video calls, screen sharing, co-browsing and remote device access. In this last method of support, customer support agents can actually see customers’ displays and even take control of devices to resolve a problem, if necessary. These tools are particularly effective at helping people with disabilities.
