Unlimited medical information
Enter as much medical information as you think is important into an easy-to-use online platform. The information can include medical conditions, medications, allergies, names and contact information of doctors, emergency contact information, and anything else.

Alert Emergency Contacts
When the medical ID bracelet information is accessed, emergency contacts can be notified by text message, email and phone. Text messages and emails include the bracelet’s GPS location.

The RAZ Medical ID Bracelet is a battery-free, subscription-free wearable that provides first responders with instant access to medical information in an emergency. Also, as soon as it is scanned, emergency contacts can be notified by phone call, email, and text message. The emails and text messages include the GPS location of the bracelet at the time of the scan.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit MyTapMedID.com
  2. Click “First Time Activation”
  3. Enter your personal information
  4. Enter the ID and PIN printed on your bracelet
  5. Click “Activate”
  6. Enter the information that you want first responders to see, starting with your “Profile,” which includes your personal and contact information.

Once activated, you can fill in your full medical profile online.

You can enter any important details: medical conditions, medications, allergies, blood type, emergency contacts, your doctors’ names and contact information, insurance information, and more. There is no limit, and you can update the information anytime.

There are three options:

  1. Tap the bracelet using a smartphone with NFC (iPhones and almost all android phones support NFC);
  2. Scan the QR code on the bracelet; or
  3. Visit the online portal and enter the bracelet’s ID and PIN which are located on the inside of the bracelet.

Yes. When someone accesses the wearer’s medical information, emergency contacts can receive a phone call, email, and text message. The emails and text messages include the GPS location of the bracelet at the time that it was accessed.

Yes. It’s made from soft, lightweight silicone that’s adjustable and comfortable for all-day use. It’s water-resistant and safe to wear while bathing, washing dishes, and in the rain.

No. The RAZ Medical ID Bracelet is completely battery-free and does not need to be charged.

No. The bracelet simply provides access to the information, which is securely stored online.

Yes. The RAZ Medical ID Bracelet is perfect for international travel. The portal language (not the information entered by you) is automatically translated into the first responder’s native language, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Japanese, and Russian.

It’s ideal for seniors, people with dementia, memory loss, communication difficulties, or anyone with medical conditions.

Yes. You must delete your account and then create a new one. To delete your account, go to the portal (MyTapMedID.com) and select “Delete Account.”
