The Orange case makes it very easy to locate for my mother. Overall it is very nice. Charging can sometimes be an issue and my mom needs to move it around on the charger for the charging light to come on. It would also be Nice to be able to use a plug in charger when she is traveling instead of having to take the battery pack off the back of the phone and disrupting the entire charging setup.

This item is fantastic for any person using the phone. I highly suggest you do a bundle that includes this case when selling the phone, or, increase the cost of the phone by $20 and ship the case. My mother-in-law had issues with inadvertent dialing, and this case has solved that issue. With it being orange it makes it easier to locate as well.

The color is great, easy for our parent to locate, but a little bulky both for wireless charging and finding a good pocket to put it in. We found that turning off the “charging” announcement works best for us, as it leads our parent to remove it from the charger, but then neglect to put it back on when it runs low. Just learning curve stuff, all in all it’s a great product!
