Phone works great but you can’t use charging pad with case too bad please create a case that can be used with the charging pad would make it so much easier

I am so amazed at this phone and charging system and thought we had found the solution to our problems with my husbands not remembering how to work things. Only problem is he is not able to comprehend you simply lay the phone of the tray to charge it so we go without a phone until I can get over there to charge it for him. That is not the fault of the system and I would recommend it to any family who is wanting a phone for a loved one with some memory problems.

My brother does not have the ability to plug in the charging cord. This charging pad is the solution. He can lay it on the pad and listen for the voice to say “charging”. Problem solved!!

This is an excellent charging pad for the phone. I did have issues with the first one not connecting to most of the outlets in the home and it did not work with any of the USB ports that are built into furniture. I appreciate that customer service agreed to send a new one because this one works in all outlets and ports.
