Love the case. Mom loved it, too. The bright color makes it hard to lose. I also ordered some orange charging cords to make it harder to lose those in her room. Also, the wallet style makes accidental dialing much harder. Great for my 96 year old mom!

Great addition to Mom’s phone, bright to be seen (even in her purse), and protects the phone from oopsies. The strap is a plus, but could be a bit bigger & stronger.

It is made of quality material and protects the phone. My only concern is if my loved one will be able to understand how to open it when receiving a call (she only gets a few seconds). It’s not difficult to do, but it is an extra step for the person with dementia. Perhaps I should have purchased a case that does not require this extra step.

It would be better if the case also included a wrist strap and shoulder strap options to attach to the case. The video for the charging stand in your online store does show an optional wrist strap, but not on the other photos you have for this case. An included shoulder strap with two holes on the case for the clip in attachment would make it easier for the user to wear their phone crossbody during the daytime and keep it in their possession during the day should they live in assisted living or a nursing facility. The belt clip you also sell may work better for some, but having optional straps allows a hands free option for keeping the phone on the user when they may not have access to the phone in their room during the daytime and prevent misplacing the phone while in public areas with other residents. It is also harder to charge with this case should you have the flat wireless charger – we will try the wireless stand charger instead.
