Pretty good product, except the Velcro is too hard for my elderly mother to open. I had to cut off some of the Velcro for her to open it. Also, the metal clip is too stiff for her to get on her belt without assistance.

We appreciate it and always take our customers’ suggestions into consideration for future improvements. Many of our customers prefer a hard-to-open Velcro and a firmer clip. These features offer more protection and avoid the phone from falling off the senior’s belt.
