This solution is perfect for individuals who have some arm and hand movement, but not enough to comfortably use their mobile device. It was developed at the suggestion of assistive technology engineers at the U.S. VA.

The Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program (TEPP) helps people with disabilities buy specialized equipment they need in order to use basic telephone services.
To apply for a TEPP voucher on-line, use our revised on-line application below. If you are unable to use the on-line application, you can print the application form provided in pdf format and mail to the address on the form.
Voucher Application
It generally takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive your voucher. It will take longer to receive your voucher if you apply for TAP to cover the copay. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received and vouchers are issued on a first come, first served basis. Use the on-line application instead of mailing or faxing applications for a quicker turnaround time for voucher processing.
