Since my husband was diagnozed with Alzheimer’s he has been challenged with anything with buttons-remotes, phone, etc. He was constantly turning off his phone without realizing it. This case is exactly what he needed.

I misread the info and thought it would help prevent her from calling. When I called the service rep he helped set the phone to keep her from turning the phone off or on and I ordered the folding case to keep her from accidentally making 911 calls. He said I could return it but I have not checked into the cost of a return at this time. I am not sure if the charger we purchased would work with it on.
