Q: When will I receive my smartphone/tablet?
A: Typically, you’ll receive your smartphone/tablet in 5-7 business days after placing the order. Additional time might be required in case we cannot immediately confirm Kansas Telecommunications Access Program approval.
Q: Do I need to pay for shipping cost?
A: No. Shipping is included.
Q: How will I receive my smartphone/tablet?
A: You’ll receive your smartphone/tablet via USPS or FedEx. Please note that a signature is required at delivery.
Q: Why is a co-payment required for some smartphones/tablets?
A: The KS TAP program provides a subsidy that doesn’t cover the full price of specific equipment models. The co-payment is required to cover the price difference.
